Sales Account Executive

💼 The Opportunity:
We’re building Visdum into the world’s go-to platform for Sales Commission Management — trusted by SaaS teams like Sirion, FarEye, WebEngage, GoComet, and DarwinBox to automate even the most complex commission plans. To scale faster, we’re looking for a hunter who can own outbound end-to-end, while also converting inbound leads and SDR-generated opportunities into closed deals.

● Bonus if you have a technical background (B.Tech) and understand SaaS products deeply.
💪 Responsibilities:
● Full outbound ownership: prospect, engage, and qualify leads via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
● Conduct tailored product demos for CFOs, SalesDirectors, and Operations Directors in the US market.
● Manage sales cycle: inbound MQL follow-ups, SDR-generated opportunities, negotiation, and closing.
● Collaborate with marketing, SDRs, product, and customer success to optimize messaging, ICP targeting, and demo effectiveness.
● Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and consistently hit or exceed targets.
💡 Requirements:
● 1+ years in outbound AE/BDR roles, ideally in SaaS or enterprise sales.
● Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing deals.
● Comfortable working both outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills - especially for US customers.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - able to demonstrate ROI of complex SaaS solutions.
● Self-driven, outcome-oriented, and excited by high-velocity sales environments
