💼Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Laravel PHP Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in PHP and Laravel, an understanding of scalable backend development, and enthusiasm for building modern SaaS
applications.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop robust backend systems, APIs, and features that directly impact our product and customers.
💪Responsibilities
● Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using PHP and Laravel.
● Build scalable and secure REST APIs for web applications and integrations.
● Design and manage efficient MySQL database structures and queries.
● Work on asynchronous job processing using Laravel Queues.
● Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications and modules.
● Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements.
● Participate in code reviews and maintain clean, reusable, and efficient code practices.
● Contribute to feature planning, development, testing, and deployment cycles.
● Work in an Agile development environment with fast iteration cycles.
● Explore and integrate AI-powered tools/workflows to improve development productivity and product capabilities.
💡Required Skills
● 0–3 years of experience in PHP and Laravel development.
● Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts in PHP.
● Hands-on experience building and consuming REST APIs.
● Experience working with Laravel Queues.
● Familiarity with MySQL databases and query optimization.
● Basic understanding of frontend technologies such as Vue.js, JavaScript, and CSS3.
● Experience building responsive and scalable web applications.
● Understanding of Git/GitHub version control workflows.
● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Good to Have
● Exposure to AWS or cloud-based deployment environments.
● Basic understanding of Python or Java.
● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
● Interest or experience in AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, or similar AI coding assistants.
● Understanding of integrating AI/LLM-based APIs or automation workflows is a plus.
● Curiosity about modern AI-driven SaaS products and automation.
